What will you be doing?

The Technical Operations Center identifies and fixes issues with television content delivered to DISH customers. We capture details and record the events as they unfold in a database, until the issues are resolved. We take PRIDE in being the best for those who trust us as their television provider. The TOC is looking for new team members who want to be a part of a WINNING TEAM.

 

Primary responsibilities:

The TOC team is responsible for identifying, documenting, escalating and following-up on service-related channel issues for customers for DISH, DISH Mexico, Sling, and others.

• Monitor on-air programming of local, national and international broadcasters

• Answer multiple phone calls and email correspondence

• Respond to customer complaints from the call center

• Help identify, document and escalate signal quality issues and incidents

• Support communication with management teams, affiliates and other third party partners

• Coordinate with internal teams and outside providers to determine cause of outages

• Make great contributions to the team and is a great team player

• Tracks and reports discrepancies

What skills and experience do you need?

• Associates degree or two years of experience/training in related field or, equivalent combination of education and experience

• 2+ years’ experience with Google G-Suite and/or Microsoft Office and have advanced computer skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure documents

• Ability to work any schedule as assigned in order to meet the needs of the 24/7 business

• Ability to type accurately between 35–40 WPM

• Possesses strong commitment to team environment dynamics with the ability to contribute expertise and follow leadership directives at appropriate times

• Ability to monitor services that include adult content without objections

• Strong prioritization skills within a fast paced environment

• Initiates career development to advance career

• Adapts quickly to change

Compensation: $20.00/Hour - $20.00/Hour
