One of the premier nonprofit healthcare systems on the West Coast is looking for a Senior Nurse Manager to lead Case Management operations at three campuses in the greater Seattle area. The Senior Manager of Case Management will report to the Regional Director of Care Coordination, and the hospitals under oversight have a combined bed count of approximately 380 patient beds.

The Senior Nurse Manager of Case Management will be supported by a tenured team of nurses, social workers and other care coordination staff that provide patient centered care at their hospitals. The Senior Manager of Case Management will keep a key eye on length of stay metrics, readmission rates, and work cohesively with a centralized utilization management team. This go to hospital system cares for in network patient as well as other payor sources. The Senior Manager Case Management will ensure that contracts prior authorizations, and appropriate reimbursement is accounted for throughout the campuses.
