While this position resides on the boarder of Idaho and Montana, the RN Case Manager will have the opportunity to choose between living in either state. Below is a list of job responsibilities for the RN Case Manager:

• Serve as a non-physician team leader.
• Assume responsibility for coordinating staff, programs, and services to maximize patient outcomes and quality care.
• Ensure patients are moving throughout the continuum of care.
• Minimize unnecessary resource utilization.

As the RN Case Manager leads within this exceptional medical center, they will be a part of a growing team of dedicated providers, nurses, and ancillary staff. The RN Case Manager will feel at home and in community with peers within the medical center. The medical center is known for delivering compassionate care to all and doing so as a team. The RN Case Manager will ensure teamwork is involved and that patients are being efficiently moved throughout the continuum.
