JOIN OUR CREW! We are a seeking qualified, experienced Owner Relations Manager to oversee the owner relations operation of the YOTELPAD. Canyons Village, Park City.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service background with experience in an environment that believes in a hospitality culture. The focus of the position will be to oversee the Condo Operations and act as the liaison between the General Manager, the Board of Directors and Condo Owners; on all service related matters and administrative functions alongside of the Hotel Manager.

Individual will be required to interface with Unit owners, Board of Directors, Hotel personnel staff as it relates to residential matter and interface with corporate representatives in the development, facilitation of Rental Program Overview. Oversee condo cost allocation, budget development and compliance.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

Owner Relations Functions:
o    Facilitate condo-hotel Rental Management Agreement Programs and Contracts while ensuring financial and operational aspects of these programs are achieved. 
o    Coordinate operational elements of managing Rental Management Agreement Programs with General Manager, Controller, Revenue Manager, Director of Facilities and other key departments to ensure effective administration of the Rental Program Overview. 
o    Serve as liaison with Real Estate Sales Agents and perspective buyers on Rental Management Agreement Program, brand service offering, facility amenities and features, closing logistics, and resident move-in process. 
o    Work with the sales team to ensure compliance with SEC regulations.
o    Act as liaison with General Manager and hotel staff on all service-related matters and administrative functions. 
o    Collaborate with General Manager, Corporate, Legal and Accounting on Residential matters. 
o    Manage all Residential Policies and Procedures for Sales, Operations, Engineering while ensuring collaboration and compliance to accounting functions with Director of Finance. 
o    Ensure service delivery is achieved consistent with Brand Standards and that cost management goals are achieved.
o    Manage Residential Owner Relations program and process while acting as the main contact for any Owner Relations issues. Ensure ala carte service offering is maximized to drive hotel related revenues. Work with operations departments to ensure timely and accurate accounting of ala carte services.
o    Work directly with each department to ensure timely and accurate daily billing of operational charges or quarterly assessments. Maintain all contract documents on all residential units to include warrantee, rental program if applicable, and residential shared contracts such as extermination, elevators, landscaping, etc and work with appropriate manager to insure completion.
o    Responsible for all administrative duties as related to the condominium association, including meeting notices, minutes, distribution of budgets, etc within the legal guidelines of condominium laws.
o    Facilitate quarterly Board of Director meetings, budget and annual meetings for all associations. Take meeting minutes at the BOD meetings.
o    Communicate daily operational needs of the condominium association to all Department Managers, assist in decision-making process when needed.
o    Maintain files for all condominium owners including maintenance of insurance certificates for all unit owners, ensuring all have current proper insurance levels.
o    Maintain CAM license
o    Coordinate all vendor contracts for the Associations. 
o    Review all contracts for outside vendors for proper insurance requirements. Maintain a current list for review.
o    Responsible for reserve study, to be completed as requested.
o    Communicate with owners regarding accounting, RMA, housekeeping/engineering issues, reservations, and insurance compliance.
o    Maintain owners’ records
o    Responsible for sale of units, estoppels, inventory of units, update systems and owner’s database, liens, and foreclosures. 
o    Ensure owners files are maintained accurately with owner information, warranty deed and HUD, RMA, & W-9.
o    Maintain outside contractor’s compliance with condominium documents.
o    Board of Directors (BOD) liaison. 
o    Handle all owners’ mail.
