Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN:

• Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN State License and current CPR certification
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university

Job Duties for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.
• Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care
• Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain safety of residents.
• Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.
