How you will spend your days as an Investor Relations Manager:

  • Collaborate with VP of FP&A to implement an enhanced Investor Relations strategy.
  • Inform investors and other related stakeholders about US LBM .
  • Produce materials and facilitate investor calls, presentations, press releases, and other Investor Relations discussions.
  • Communicate with relevant US LBM teams to gather content for earnings preparation process, particularly accounting and FP&A.
  • Ensure communication is aligned across all departments.
  • Provide detailed financial analyses and determine “what if” scenarios.  Potential opportunity to work with FP&A team on improving the business through analysis and process management.
  • Collect data, write, edit, and provide analysis of related publications and electronic media used for Investor Relations purposes.
  • Manage potential external Investor Relations agency relationships.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.

We want you to join the team if you can check these boxes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • 5-10+ years of accounting, FP&A, and investor relations experience and a deep understanding of financial/investment markets.
  • Ability to share complex financial details in a way that all departments and employees understand.
  • Experience with financial modeling techniques.
  • Efficient verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated presentation skills are required, including the ability to work with many different levels of management.
  • Must showcase excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.
  • Proficient computer skills such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. is necessary.
  • Ability to travel as necessary – this includes to other US LBM locations, investor events, banking conferences, roadshows, etc.
  • Physical demands include lifting up to 25 lbs. on a random basis, standing, walking or sitting for extended periods of time, and bending or stooping.
