• Exceptional administrative and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Deer Valley and  the Park City area
• Ability to provide excellent and specialized customer service for owner/guest
• Competent using the following computer software: internet based software programs, Microsoft outlook, excel, word and point of sale systems
• Follow prescribed formats for writing documents and presenting information to others
• Ability to handle cash transactions and balance accounts at the end of each shift
• Perform multiple tasks and prioritize in order to meet changing job conditions
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Recognize and initiate best hospitality practices; self-motivated, able to solve practical problems

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Check owner and guests in and out of The Deer Valley Club
• Answer the phone in a professional manner
• Help guests with directions, information and instructions
• Concierge duties including making reservations for transportation, restaurants and activities
• Assist guests with luggage
• Grocery delivery to rooms
• Settle guest balances upon departure
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
