This is a temp to hire position with a starting pay rate of $19.00 -$22.00  per hour, based on experience. 

In this role, you’ll be part of a vibrant team whose mission is to provide exceptional customer service to all clients. This includes tasks like resolving issues, helping to ensure services run on a timely basis without issue, and answering any general questions that may arise. For this firm, customer service is paramount, and they really roll out the red carpet for their clients. Account Specialist Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience 
  • Very strong customer service mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong computer proficiency
