Pay ranges from $16.00-$17.00 (Additional $2.00/hour diff. on 2nd and 3rd shifts)

Subfunction Definition:

• To provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
• Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative and descriptive manner
• Admission, Transfer, and Discharge Functions
• Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel, as well as other facility personnel to ensure that nursing services can be adequately maintained to meet the needs of the residents
• Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with our established policies and procedures, and as instructed by your supervisors

• Assist residents with identifying food arrangements
• Attend and participate in scheduled orientation programs and activities

Requirements:

• Must possess, as a minimum, a high school grade education or its equivalency
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of this state in Pennsylvania
• Must be willing to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing nursing practices
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
• Must possess the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel
