Job Description

Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking an Account Coordinator to work REMOTELY for a Fortune 500 Company. Position is a 3-month contract role that could go permanent for the right candidate.

Job Title: Account Coordinator

Pay: $34.34/hr

Schedule: Full Time/40 hrs a week (CST/EST preferred)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage day-to-day communication with portfolio of client restaurants
  • Respond to inbound restaurant support issues and inquiries professionally and compassionately
  • Assist in ongoing technical setup and account changes, while ensuring tools and resources are best utilized and well understood by our restaurant partners
  • Provide ongoing education to restaurants on the company product and features
  • Execute on distribution of scaled and personal email communications to restaurants
  • Analyze and report trends from restaurant feedback, to contribute to process and service improvements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least one year of professional work experience in support, sales, vendor management or account management (relevant internships considered)
  • Microsoft Excel/Sheets – basic knowledge
  • Experience in stakeholder management and project management
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with restaurant partners over email, phone, and in person
  • Personable, highly organized, and patient approach to communication and issue resolution
  • Operational and analytical aptitude to help build, inform, and execute on business process
  • Customer service-related experience
  • Self-motivation and drive to exceed expectations
