• 5/28 at 7a - 5/31 at 7a, 6/1-6/3, 6/25 at 7a - 6/28 at 7a, 6/28-7/1, 7/19-7/22, 7/23 at 7a-7/26 at 7a, 7/26-7/29

POSITION DETAILS Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

• Monday-Thursday - 7a-5p with call on Wednesday nights
• Weekends (Friday am - Monday am) are 24 hour call
• 25 bed critical access hospital
• Bread and butter and OB a plus
